No preorders for second wave?

I was hoping they announced a preorder period for the second wave countries, similar to what they did with first wave, maybe starting next friday and until 26th...

Now I don't have an Apple Store near home, and I doubt retailers would have stock on day one. I guess there will be two more weeks of patience.🙁

From what I understand, stock will be VERY limited. Few of the different models will be available and Apple is really still depending on people to look and then order.
