I have found that with the latest couple of versions of iTunes for Windows (perhaps since 12.2) I no longer get a progress bar when transferring files to my iPad through Apps > Add File...
This is most noticeable when transferring large movie files which take some time to copy and during which there is now no feedback whatsoever. Are others finding the same and does it also affect the Mac version?
