So I have a number of problems, and I'm not sure if they're widespread, but I seem to have less functionality than most. If I change something from my computer, it will sync to the cloud, and if I change something from my iPhone, it will push to the cloud. However, nothing goes from the cloud to my iPhone (nor does automatic sync work with the computer, only the 15 minute intervals). So if I change something on my computer, it won't make it to my phone. I've deleted and re-entered my mobileme info on my phone too many times to count, but nothing changes. Am I doing something wrong?
I also never received the apology email, and I haven't received the 30 day extension either - maybe apple just doesn't know my account exists...
