No quick reply and predictive keyboard for iPad?

I have a r mini iPad.

On the iOS 8 page on the Apple website, it clearly shows the predicitve keyboard on the iPad as well as the iPhone. So if it is not in beta 1, then it'll definitely be in future betas.
