Tried to file vault my fairly new late 2011 MBP last night, and got the message that I cannot due to something or other. Same thing with Find My Mac, no recovery partition. Weak sauce.
My question: I have two linux partitions (one Backtrack5, the other swap space), as well as Win7... Will reinstalling Lion screw those up? Of course I will reinstall to the Mac HD portion. I have refit to boot the linux.
Anyone with experience here?
