Yep the DVI output is now the s-video output as well. Simply hook up the DVI-Svideo adapter and your away 🙂

Glad the macbookpro comes with one, the imac doesnt.. Had to order a dvi adapter for the new imac and shipping is over 3 weeks for one adaper?

My PB G4 is 1 inch thin, and it has both a DVI and S-Video Port, take that MacBook Pro!

S-Video is a legacy connector. That's why it isn't present.

Where did you hear it comes with a DVI->S-video adapter? It isn't listed for "what's in the box" on Apple's page. Only the DVI->VGA is.
