Sometimes when using Webkit I'll load a page that needs scrollbars but they won't load. I have to click and drag on the page to scroll down. Today I opened Dictionary and checked a Wikipedia article. Same problem. Now I'm worried. One app might just be a bug in the app but two apps (one of which is a default app) is bad. I didn't have this problem before doing a fresh install of Snow Leopard recently, and I'm not too excited about the idea of having to do another.

    Anyone else experience this?

I had this problem not 1 hour ago, it seems to be fine now. I've never experienced it in another application, though.

You're not alone. I think it's a bug. How often does it happen? For me it only happens maybe once a month.

it has something to do with the new format for wikipedia's website. I have yet to find a solution.
