No scrubbing?

After I updated to the newest operating system I want to watch Game of Thrones and found out I could no longer scrub through the show. I tried others as well and the same thing, no scrubbing. Anyone else have this issue?

Click the touchpad to pause...then scrub...then click again.

Why the change?? Up to know you could simply slide your thumb across the trackpad.

Is this by design or a bug?

This is probably by design because the remove is super sensitive! I'm actually excited about this because about 50 times I move and all of a sudden it's fast forwarding. or rewinding. I'm glad they changed this!
