Carrier No service after water damage on iphone 4

I have no service on my iphone 4 and keeps going to searching or no service. When I remove the sim, it gives me no service also. I change my cellular service antenna and still I have no service. One of the seniors on logic board near the sim is red. So, I guess the logic board is damaged. Do you think guys the logic board is damaged? Also, my bluetooth doesn't work at all. The phone does turn on and I can turn it off.

There's a reason that water damage voids warranties. You can't be sure of what's involved in the long term damage.
