So I'm on 3.1.3 and I'm getting an error "SIM not allowed." or "SIM not provisioned." Should I go back to where I got my SIM card and get them to check it out? I tried turning off the phone and removing the SIM and reinserting it but still get this message: Invalid SIM or no SIM. The SIM serial ends with 007 and from what I read some Bell SIMS that end with this number is a bad batch?
