No silent click non touch bar?

I have a 13 inch non touch bar MacBook pro while I wait for my 15inch high end (my 17 inch finally died) and there is no option for "silent clicking" has anyone else noticed that?

I have that model as well and it is pretty annoying. I am trying to recall if my MacBook was as loud the trackpad click. I am thinking it wasn't.

You can but if its off, the option for silent clicking isn't there.

Oh. I don't think the rMB has the silent click option either, or the Magic Trackpad.
