I bought an iPhone on the street for really cheap. I got it for 50 dollars, but it had no sim card. I currently have cell phone service with Sprint, so I don't have a sim card. I have gotten this phone jailbroken (or so I think) but it gets stuck loading on the apple screen (or pineapple screen or winpwn screen) Can i get it working without a sim card and use it similar to an ipod touch? Also , what am I doing wrong that causes it to not boot into anything? I seem to have jail broken it and restored it numerous times

Try to restore it thru itunes and redo the jailbreak.

Yeah, it boot up to the screen where i could shutdown and make emergency calls.... ive restored it many times and re jailbroken it.... what should i do? does it work with no sim card?

As i feel u have to rejailbreak it using the sim card and then unlock it with yellowsnow to use any other sim.

Is it a 3G or edge iphone?
If its 3G you'll have to use an att sim card when it first boots up into itunes.
Just for a minute, after its activated you'd be good.
