I got my X replaced last week and last night my X was saying there is no sim installed. It hasn’t been dropped or anything. It was there one moment and then it just said it while I was using it. I didn’t have anything to check the aim but will check it today. I restarted it a few times and then it started working. Is that usually a hardware or software issue?

Try ejecting the sim and re-inserting to determine if that resolves the issue if this is a continual occurrence. I had this happen before and re-inserting the Sim repaired the issue.

That’s what I’m hoping. The last time I had this issue it kept happening more and more frequently...til the phone had to be replaced.
