No sleep LED after upgrade

I have recently requested a technician to add an SSD to my 2011 mac mini. But after the upgrade the LED is not working although the machine is working fine. Please let me know how to get this problem resolved.

Take it back to the technician who did the SSD upgrade and tell him to fix it.
