No sound our hepatic from email

Emails showing up on watch but no sound or hepatic when coming through, I have checked all the boxes Im I missing something

My settings are to custom

show alerts are on
i cloud settings are one with both sound and hepatic

Try not mirroring the iPhone setting for mail and setting it manually and see if that works.

The phone screen has to be off/locked to work otherwise it assumes you are looking at you phone.

Will give those a try and will make sure phone is off. Thanks for the advice
