No sound with airplay video?

Airplay video has no sound for me. Anyone else? Airplay just music is ok. iPad 4 & iPhone 5.

I had the same problem until I figured out you have to bring up the control center and change the volume there. Using the volume controls on the phone didn't work. I'm assuming it's just a bug.
