No sound with custom ringtone

Hi guys. Need help with my Iphone. Lost sound only in custom ringtone. Everything its okay with the sound, ipod, regular ringtone, but after 3 ot 4 days using custom ringtone, its come with no sound. 😡

I have the same problem. Everything else works but the custom ringtone. I have tried to reset all settings and to install iAmp, but no change. Also tried to call to the phone, hang up and wait for it to go to sleep.

I used Ringtonemaker in Windows to create the ringtone. Plays fine in Windows but not on the phone.

Anyone have a solution?
