No sound with Netflix on apple tv

Anyone have an issue with no sound on Netflix? Video streams but no sound. I have had this issue for a little while now. I have rebooted the system and downloaded all new software updates. Sometimes the sound will come on within 15-30 minutes of video stream but it's getting very annoying.

Some Netflix movies have messed up sound. The Great Escape is one.

On my other systems, they have sound..it's just the apple tv and it's any video I play
