NO Spell Check in Safari

so what your saying is that it's not a system-wide spell check, just integrated into the messaging app? that would be ridiculous.
When I misspell words in Safari, like right now in this text box, it does not underline them in red and give me suggestions to change them... So, yes, that is what I am saying...
