did most off on reboot etc....have not done terminal yet....normally there is 15 or so fixes....14 do not work--so what does the mr folks say and thank you --an apple user can spend waaaay too much time and effort fixing stupid stuff that should never require user intervention.
 
I believe the startup sound on these can be turned on or off using terminal.

If that's the only thing that's wrong -- if everything else remains fine after bootup -- I wouldn't worry about it very much.

terminal method worked.....problem is as this forum shows it is many many litlle things we have to waste our time on....seem now many more than 10.12 years ago....hence this forum and others like it. shoddy testing and role outs

sudo nvram ResetNVRam=1 then press enter. then enter your password and enter again. SIP does not need to be disabled.
