No tethering option in beta 3??

Are you sure you're using the right ipcc file?

You might need to use the carrier ipcc file again for tethering to come back. When I upgraded to Beta 3 I still had the tethering option, but when I try to going into "Carrier Settings" my phone crashes.

It's only there if you install the modified carrier settings file. It's not there by default.
