I noticed transformers 2 is out already on dvd and bluray but not up on itunes

NO Transformers 2 on itunes? any thoughts

If I am not mistaken, Transformers (the first one) was up on iTunes but mysteriously disappeared or was yanked off.
To this date I have no idea and yes I am anxiously awaiting Transformers 2 for iTunes.

Probably because it was so similar to the first one but just with a longer running time and not as good 
Assuming that it will show up in iTunes (not all of them do), many studios maintain an exclusivity period of a couple of weeks to 30 days before before the movie gets distributed digitally to make sure that DVD sales are not (in their minds) affected negatively.

I peronally don't care. That movie was so horrible I never want to see it again. For once I wish I listened to the critics.
Maybe Apple deemed it so bad they couldn't put it up on iTunes. Wait that can't be true, Leprechaun 6: Back 2 tha' hood is in iTunes, so that theory is disproved....
On a serious note, I remember renting the first Transformers movie back in January of 08', but when I went to buy it in April, it was nowhere to be found. It's very odd.
