Apple removed turbo boosting on windows for the 13' Macbook Pro and possibly others due to crashing and overheating. Any thoughts?

Apple removed turbo boosting on windows for the 13' Macbook Pro and possibly others due to crashing and overheating. Any thoughts?
At least they realize theres a problem and they took a step in the right direction...next step...redesign...
