No two-finger right click?

A friend of mine recently purchased a Blackbook after my encouragement. She is trying to get the two-finger right click to work, but there is no option under the mouse and keyboard preferences for that. The only similar option is to put two fingers on the trackpad and click with the mouse button.

The option is available on my Blackbook. She has applied latest OS updates.
Any ideas?

She doesn't have this option under System preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse -> Trackpad?
