iPad No upload button on iPad YouTube?

Hi folks. Ridiculous that I can't figure this out, being a fairly computer literate person.

I simply cannot upload to YouTube on my iPad. There is no upload button after I have been automatically signed in. The desktop site looks normal enough with the little upload button sitting there. I'm not using the app with the iPad. I have enough crap installed. Just accessing the video through the photo collection or whatever it's called this week. It's driving me absolutely bananas.

Any help?

Why not install the app then upload by selecting the item, pressing the export button in ios and selecting YouTube. Simple enough

But if you are actually using the app it probably isn't considered crap. But what do I know......

Then you're still not uploading anything to YouTube anytime soon.
