Since the original posters question has been answered, I am going to take this a bit further and ask one here myself, as it pertains to this subject, so I dont need to start a new thread.

Completely normal, your computer will never, ever be at 57*F. You may want to change your notification.
 
Do these numbers above appear right or do I need to be concerned?
Your temps are perfectly normal. Your Mac's CPU is designed to automatically shut down to prevent damage if temps get too high (around 105C/221F). You're no where near that. Relax and use your Mac and don't worry about your temps. Your Mac will spin the fans faster, as needed, to keep them at a safe leve.
