i have called att for questions abt the 3gs and they tell me to buy the 3g and with the upgrade i will have everything that the 3gs has...they are stupid they say that i could record video...they are so stupid!!!
AT&T reps make up stuff all day and they act like they know everything.
They're the most clueless tech support I ever dealt with. At least if you're not sure about something say it instead of making up stuff as you go.

Dealing with AT&T is like subjecting yourself to technology advice from a small child. It's amazing how completely uninformed and clueless the employees are.
Ok, now it's out and people are still bitching? I think I'm going to take a break from this forum for a few days. This sense of entitlement with the "December" group and the failure to pay attention from the "No video on 3G" crowd will drive me crazy if I stick around. Add on top of that the "I hate AT&T" and "My phone was jailbroken and now doesn't work right" crowds and I may put a bullet in my head.

I had one last week trying to tell me that with the new 3.0 update Apple is going to enable the iphone to work on Verizons network also
