Apple TV No video on Apple TV 2 with ios9

Video does not appear on ATV2 from my iPad Air 2 or iPhone 6 when using AirPlay. I can get the audio though. Anyone know If there is a resolution?
 
Here's what I get when trying to AirPlay a picture to the atv2.
Tried restarting all Idevices and verified all are on the same wifi
