No Wake for network access box

Hi,

I want to enable my macbook to wake from sleep but in the energy saver preferences there is no box to check "wake for network access". Am i looking in the wrong place?

Also will the macbook wake from sleep if the lid is closed.

It's not there for me, running 10.7.2 on a Hackintosh.
