Title says it all. I have no Wi-Fi and Bluetooth after updating to 3.0. Under Wifi menu it says "No Wi-Fi" and I can't click it and under Bluetooth it says "Not Available" and I also can't click it. I also have no MAC adresses under About in General. WTF?! :(

Macrumors.com you should put this on the first page. This update is really cool and I am thankful Apple. Now I can throw away my iPhone. I use WiFi everyday.

So turns out my hardware was corrupted by the 3.0 update as I thought. I rec'd my 6th 3G phone yesterday from the Geniuses. Happy about the outcome, bummed on the full day wasted on restoring, updating, and more restoring!

I upgraded to 3.0 on Wednesday evening. Yesterday, wifi stopped working. The iphone can find the network as before, it just won't connect or when it does, it doesn't stay connected to it for more than a few seconds. Haven't checked bluetooth, but absolutely everything else seems to be working without a hitch. It's "just" the wifi.

Follow up to my post: couldn't connect to any wifi networks. Phoned O2, who asked me to check with the broadband providers that there was no problem there. They'd had one earlier call about this problem.

Did that and, as expected, everything was fine with the broadband. Headed to an O2 store this morning. Very friendly but not much help. Someone else had been in reporting this, but their advice to both of us was to go to the Apple Store as O2 would only be able to send the phone away to them anyway for possible repair.

Arrived at the Apple Store (Glasgow) with no Genius appointment and was placed on standby for a gap in the schedule. I was warned that it could take up to 3 hours to be seen, but would likely be a lot less than that. Five minutes later, someone came to deal with it. Checked the phone, saw the problem, immediately offered to replace it. 20 minutes later I was on my way home with a new 3G phone, activated in the store and upgraded to 3.0 by the staff who then checked that the wifi was working this time before I left the store.

Really very hard to fault them for the service they provided. In fact, they were great. Best of luck to everyone else in getting matters resolved as quickly and painlessly.
