So I'm about to give my old 3G to my cousin but he has T-Mo. So I jailbroke it and flashed it to 6.15

Now here's the thing, it won't connect to wifi. I know it isn't my router because my other devices could connect.

I also restored it with a custom firmware and it still won't connect to wifi. Is it because of the 6.15 baseband? I know it can cause GPS issues but not wifi issues.

Also, is it posible to downgrade to 3.1.3 with the iPad baseband?

Nothing to do with the ipad bb and downgrading wont make a difference.
Sounds like your wifi chip just died.
Happens to old devices.
