Noisy Keyboard? - Early 2015 13-inch

Hi everyone. I just got a used 13-inch Early 2015 MacBook Pro. It's in fantastic condition, but I've noticed that the keyboard makes a lot of noise.

It's significantly noisier than the keyboard on my 15-inch Mid 2014 model. Is this consistent with anyone else's experience? I wonder if it could be because the previous owner was a hard typer and broke the keys in? Maybe I'll get used to it, but currently it's bugging me a little bit - I like my keyboards quiet.

I've attached a video (might have to turn up your volume to hear) comparing the two keyboards.

Maybe it's pretending to be 2016 My Early 2015 doesn't make this noise, to answer your question, but we have a few of these from different years and the noise level is not consistent between them, not as loud as the one in your video though.

Yep. It only took me a second upon trying the new MacBook Pros in the store to know that I wouldn't be able to stand the new keyboards. That's why I hunted out the best 2015 model I could find.

If this bugs me enough maybe I'll consider replacing the keyboard, if it's not too big of a pain.

I'm with you on the new MBP, feels like cheap junk to me. I had a keyboard replaced on 2015 along with a top case. Wouldn't do it myself, but did it at the repair shop, only took them a few hours.
