Non-Disclosure Agreement?

    Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what agreement are the developers who are beta-testing Leopard under? What are they not allowed to do?

    They are not supposed to say anything about it other than what is available to anyone on the Apple web site.

    Is ThinkSecret violating the NDA by posting screenshots of new seeds?

    Yeah, but Apple probably digs it because it generates buzz.

    only if they are the ones who took the screenshots otherwise it is whoever submitted the screenshots.

    not unless ThinkSecret has a NDA with Apple....which seems unlikely.
