Recently replaced the battery of my iPhone 11 ProM and now have " Important Battery alert " notification in Settings and badge on it as well.
Is this alert and badge permanent? Apple's own article snapshoted by wayback machine says:

You will see a notification on your lock screen for the first 4 days you use your device, and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
Published Date: February 18, 2021

But current article (Published Date: December 21, 2021) says nothing about 4 and 15 days. Did they make the alert permanent? is there anyone who replaced the battery with 3rd party battery recently?

After a month I can confirm that notification in the Settings, and a badge on it didn't go away.
Feels like it is permanent.

I'm glad that Apple has that displayed so if you sell the device a new owner will know non-genuine parts were used in the phone and can make an informed decision. Some sellers don't disclosed they've used 3rd party parts to repair their phone. Some might not care but many do..

Update
After exactly 40 days of battery swap, the alert in the settings and the badge are gone!

Any updates on this? Do the notifications still go away after 40 days or is Apple making them permanent now?
