I thought i'd compile a thread with Fake bands in, just so people who don't mind getting a cheaper apple clone can share and buy the best ones.

Personaly, i've bought a few, so i've shared the ones i've bought below, including some apple ones in colours apple doesn't do!

Good price, all I am worried is that they dont use their own pictures, which keeps me away from buying. Why not put actual pictures of product ?

Not sure if ^^ is spam or not, though I have to say I'd be wary of any company using clearly photoshopped stock photos right off Apple's website (for the leather loop bands).

The metal loop photos appear not to be photoshopped.

Yeah I like the Milanese one! I bought it in gold!

That red leather loop is nice! But I'd be concerned with the magnet strength in a knock off

I'm thinking of getting one of those blue or red leather loops and a silver or gold milanese for my silver Sport 42".

Looking for photos first so be very interested to see what anyone's looks like when it comes.

Ordered a sport one from ebay for 18$ and will order a blue leather loop tomorrow. Will get the regular shipping. It's 40$ for expedited.

Even with expedited shipping, it's still cheaper than the real leather loops :roll eyes:

Those are some expensive magnets, Apple.

Word. I can't figure out how people spend 200$ for a leather band that's not hand made and made from random leather. If I pay 200, I will make sure it's a good leather and made by someone that actually has a reputation working leather. Like horween leather.

Just my opinion.

I see from the first picture next to the leather loop on the left are two metal adapters. If these leather loops are OEM, why should they need adapters? I don't understand.

I'm really, REALLY worried about purchasing a non-OEM adapter or band kit. This is basically what holds my $ 500 watch in place... not sure if I want to risk it malfunctioning.

That's why I will test it before actually wearing it. The apple one could also fail....

Can aliexpress be trusted?

I order clothes and stuff from there all the time. Payment is through AliPay which is basically the Chinese equivalent of PayPal - they seem even better at disputes though and I've got to keep products not up to scratch for free / half price before. Shipping is a month or so to the UK normally for what I buy.
