Resolved Non Personal Hotspot in Settings

Yesterday I restored my 4S on 5.0.1 to 5.0.1 using the new redsn0w and set it up as a new phone. I just noticed that the hotspot feature is gone from my settings. Any idea why or how to fix this?

I feel very stupid now lol. Turns out I just had to go to Settings > General > Network and turn on Personal Hotspot then the Option appeared in the main Page of Settings under Wi-Fi.
