Non-picked up reserved phones released?

I'm nowhere near an apple store tomorrow so I was wondering when the phones that were reserved and not picked up get released?

Maybe I can roll in Friday and and grab 1??

Yeah, you'll be able to lineup early the next day for released phones. Look at your local Apple Store's page on the website, it'll tell you the times.
