I've been holding back saying anything, and I'll probably get lambasted for this but, I don't like you guys tone toward premier users. It's childish IMO.
Having a premier account doesn't mean it's some sort of elitist group like some of you are making it out to be. The only reason I have a premier account is because my employer (a pretty big employer) has some kind of deal with At&t. I get a discount of 20% on service and accessories, and if any you you were in my position you would do the same and take advantage of that.
As far as the order process goes, it does seem like a lot of premier accounts are starting to receive their phones. I wish I had not canceled my order, because I may have gotten my phone by now. My original order was on launch day a little after 3:00AM on 9/12.
I reordered on 9/20 and who knows when I will get my phone. The AT&T rep actually snickered at me when I told her I cancelled and reordered. So be assured, you all have some premier customers, hurting right along with you LOL!
Good luck to you all, and I will be honestly happy for you when you get your phones. The whole pre order process has been a mess.
