Twitter bom and everyone keep complaining about premier getting shipped first. Can't hurt

They're going with clueless on Twitter, too. This has been my conversation so far. It's like I'm speaking another language or something.

I've been holding back saying anything, and I'll probably get lambasted for this but, I don't like you guys tone toward premier users. It's childish IMO.

Having a premier account doesn't mean it's some sort of elitist group like some of you are making it out to be. The only reason I have a premier account is because my employer (a pretty big employer) has some kind of deal with At&t. I get a discount of 20% on service and accessories, and if any you you were in my position you would do the same and take advantage of that.

As far as the order process goes, it does seem like a lot of premier accounts are starting to receive their phones. I wish I had not canceled my order, because I may have gotten my phone by now. My original order was on launch day a little after 3:00AM on 9/12.

I reordered on 9/20 and who knows when I will get my phone. The AT&T rep actually snickered at me when I told her I cancelled and reordered. So be assured, you all have some premier customers, hurting right along with you LOL!

Good luck to you all, and I will be honestly happy for you when you get your phones. The whole pre order process has been a mess.

No lambasting here! I can only speak for myself, but I'm disappointed in AT&T, not premier customers. I could have been Premier at this juncture, but left our business account a few iPhone upgrades ago in order to get one while on the road. At that time, we moved my phone to my wife and kids account where my wife has been a customer since Singular. there I remain to this day. In hind sight, I should have stayed on the Apple Store site or went to the Apple store app. and ordered. A mistake I will never make again! My wife and daughter did this and one received her phone on launch day and the other is getting hers today.

I do have the option to take my wife's silver 6+, due in today. She is having second thoughts on the 6+ and wants to get the 6. Not sure what I'm going to do at this point. I like the black front! I think I'll wait and see what today and tomorrow brings (or doesn't) before deciding.
 
The issue I'm having is that at some point ATT has to start feathering the non-premier orders into the queue at a higher rate. It seems that for every non-premier 6+ user getting a delivery notice there are a dozen or more premier customers getting same. (Highly non-scientific but feels about right having prowled the threads for days).

If I'm not one of those five, I give up. Checked, confirmation email was at 3:24 AM Eastern Time. I've seen the exact phone I ordered go to people that ordered up to a week after me. Total BS.

I'm really surprised to see that I might be the only one here that flipped to processing last night. Though from what I've seen of those that have flipped the past couple days, they all seem to be orders from that first hour.

And I'm certain I'm off Premiere. For hoots and hollers I tried checking my order on the premiere site a couple days ago and it found nothing.

What time did you order? location and first 3 of your order #? maybe with these details we can figure out a how the queue works
 
Five more planes took off, still showing backordered. I'm out. If it hasn't shipped by the time I leave work today, I'm canceling. I'd rather KNOW i'm not getting a phone than sit and wait, wonder, and be annoyed that people hours to days after me receive theirs before me.
 
So checked, 877 sill says Back-ordered. Now I decide to log into my account and I get the message that I can buy numerous accessories for my new iPhone 6 Plus and do I want to take a look.

It would help for me to have it first! Not only is AT&T not sending them fast enough but they are pushing accessories. Really guys?! REALLY?!!

I ordered at 1:30 am MST. I'm in Denver and the first three of my order number is 201. I'm not sure what makes the most difference on any of these besides when they are officially processed by AT&T.

Gotcha. Weird I placed mine at 2:11CDT which is 3:11am EST since i'm located in Virginia. They also took $319 out of my account same night. :(
Anyone in the east coast with order # staring with 1912 get their phones yet?
 
Weird, suddenly I cannot log into my AT&T account. Tried on the computer & on my phone.
I know the passwords correct but the mobile is telling me the password is incorrect & on the computer I was told I don't exist. Hmmm

yup they are just as useless on twitter, all they keep saying when i bring up some type of credit to my account is that they never promised the phone before Oct 2nd (which i totally understand) but they don't get the whole ideas of ordering early, not fulfilling the first come first served idea, and sending phones to those who placed orders so many hours after the initial early batch customers.

the concept is not hard to wrap your head around but i guess the minds of ATT CSR's work differently. Its ridiculous!!

Hmm I ordered at 11:59pm pst 9/11, but didn't receive text until 2:29pm pst 9/12. My order number starts with 201087. How about yours?

1912 here.. nothing. Confirmation email was 3:24.

1912 here in NY as well (128, gold). Order confirm email at 3:50am EST. Stuck at 10/2-10/13.

FWIW, my wife's 6, ordered a minute after my 6+ and also with a 1912 number, arrived on the 19th.
