I am chatting with a csr and they keep telling me about this note on my account "a promise note on my account that my iphone 6 plus 16gb gold will ship in 14-21 business days when the order was placed"

I want to scream. I have no pending charge for the phone anymore. And these csr are giving me auto generated responses. #####

I'm a brand new customer to ATT so I can't login to see if there's conflicting info between the order status page and my account page. Don't get texts from ATT because it's a new number that I don't have access to.

Tried doing the UPS Mychoice and Fedex Insight but there's no info there. Not sure if I'm doing it wrong but I've got nothing on my end. Lame.

I was about to call bs on those guys because 14 days for me September 26, but 14 business days is... wait for it...

October 2.

Once nice woman I chatted with last week though said that my dates were pretty reasonable because most of the ones she'd seen were way out in November.

They don't twll you anything besides what you can already see. They have auto generated responses. I guess the "everyone who got their order in on the 12th will get it the first day" is over. ####

Basically you get discounts and stuff because your account is associated with a business or company or such. Also, it seems you get priority in pre-orders. That is what I have seen in numerous AT&T pre-order threads.

Thanks! My wife has a Best Buy FAN for the account. I guess that makes it a premier account? I am wondering if that is effecting my ability to order through Apple :(
 
Funny really, this thread sucks to watch as us non premiere folks have no new info to share. :(:apple:
