Nonjailbroken iPhone 4s stucks at black screen

My daughter's nonjailbroken 6.1.3 iPhone 4s stucks at black screen. When plug cable at computer iTunes says there is found a iPhone 4s and it should be restore. I try restore, gives error 1600. It also gives 1601 and 1602 at another computer.
I tried everything found at Google without success. Might it be a hardware problem? It's warranty ended.
