hey, I found out about macrumor and this forum not too long ago while I was trying to find out when the new update of macbook pro is gonna be happening..

now that the new system is out.. i have a question.
It's not a dramatic upgrade but an upgrade..

ok so,, i've been looking into macbook pro because
i do heavy photography and getting into video

I already have dvx100.. (not HD)
so yea, just wondering in terms of video stuff
with current update and the middle version of macbook pro (the one with 512 vram and 6mb cache.. etc)

my question is.. how well can it handle HD quality video editing?
not HDV or any of that sort but full HD quality..

thanks in advance.
