noob question. What app is this when I use the remote?

I feel dumb for asking this, but....
When I press menu on the apple remote that came with my Imac, what application is that?
How do I set it to play via my Airport express?
I have itunes playing through the AX digital out just fine.

Now that I know what it is, I now know it doesn't work with AirPort.
