What happens if add a another GPU in MP 3,1 while the stock GPU is still in it. The Gpu which i add in would be a Radeon HD 5570 (unflashed). Will i be able to use the 5570 ? Thanks.

Do you mean an Apple OEM ATI [AMD] Radeon HD 5770? If so, you will be OK if you are not combining an AMD branded GPU with an NVIDIA branded GPU.

Thank you for your reply. Hi, nope, i do mean 5570. I do have a non mac Edition 5770, which has not been flashed. What i am trying to find out is, if i can put a Radeon 5570 (PC version) simultaneously with the stock Mac edition Radeon HD 2600 XT.

I would also appreciate if you could explain to me what it means when they say that i will not get a boot screen if i put in an unflashed gpu. Will i still be able to access the OS. Thanks.

If you already get native boot screen(s) with the Radeon HD 2600 XT -AND- you are adding a second unflashed GPU then you can safely ignore the "will I get a boot screen" question.

I have an Apple OEM ATI [AMD] Radeon HD 5770 connected to an Apple Cinema Display for 'boot screen' features and an AMD Radeon RX 580 (PC version) for powering a 4K display (because the HD5770 won't do it).

I don't know the 3,1 well enough - someone else may be able to confirm that the 5570 (if ever used in older macs) has built in AMD KEXT support and will therefore work once installed in your Mac Pro.

This you mean if i solely use the 5570 only right ?

Its never been used for Macs. However, it is running with the Catalina Patch (Dosdude), without any tweaks. But i cant make much out of Catalina because of the softwares i own are all 32 bit.
