I got my MacBook yesterday... and theres scratches around the trackpad in certain lighting, pencil marks on the trackpad and button, and now the spacebar is squeaking like mad!
I thought I read that apple pulled the macbooks when they discovered what was wrong with them and switched in the new parts. I was wondering if maybe thats what yours was and when they took it apart maybe they scratched it. I don't even know if they did pull them back and fix them or not but a replacement apple sent me from week 33 had 3 sets of seals on it 2 of which had been cut making me think they pulled it apart. I didn't even open that up and sent it right back But a week 39 wouldn't have had that happen.
I would call them asap or if you're near an apple store stop in. My week 39 has a small little scratch over by the directional arrows and a shiny spot where the nub from the screen bezel touches the top case. maybe they got really sloppy in week 39. If I was near an apple store I would try to go in and get a replacement as those two flaws annoy me even though they are small.
Are you located near a store? Just ask them to change it. You paid money for a new one that you can put your own pencil marks on; you don't want someone else's pencil marks on it! GRRR.
I don't know about the others, but my spacebar queaked for a while, but after a fair amount of use the squaking went away. For your other problems though, I might head off to an apple store or call them...
