Get a north bridge cooler. Just google it. Get a fanless one if you can. One problem is fitting them on a mac mobo. You can make adjustments to make it fit though.
I am not 100% sure but I think that with smcFanControl you could up the minimum fan speed. The machine would be a little louder but you could get the temp down.
The chipset's datasheet states in absolute maximum ratings section that storage temperature should not increase 85ºC. I can't seem to find absolute maximum operational temperature. Personally, this is quite a thin margin between actual operating parameter and absolute maximum value (=no go zone in electronics design lingo.)
