Stick his wireless MS Mouse in a sock and then proceed to beat him silly, while yelling "sniff this packet."

At the conclusion of said beating. Utter, "pwned."

Personal I'd work up the security(with the ideas people came up with), and ignore him. When he starts to have trouble with it, and he thinks you don't care, he should give up.

If he doesn't go attack his PC, I'm assuming that won't be hard!

Why not become a l33t h4x0r and give him a taste of his own medicine? You could lock him out of his laptop. That will make it harder for him to go sniffing around yours.

File a complaint with the police if it is effecting you. It's illegal to use other peoples wifi.
