Not able install apps in 6s plus

Hello all:

All of a sudden I am not able to install any apps to my phone.. When I click in any app to install, the progress bar just rotates for a few seconds and gets back to its original status of "get".. I tried Skype, road rash and the new updates for whatsapp (with support for 3D touch).. None of them worked.. I also restarted my phone but no affect ..

My wifi is working fine (am posting this message through my phone )

Anyone else facing this issue now or is it specific to me ?

On and off. Sometimes the apps are greyed-out, sometimes they're slow to install, sometimes all is well. It is probably Apple's servers experiencing heavy data flow. Try again later.

hope that's the case.. I will try again in some time.. This is the first time I am facing such an issue in an iOS device

Same here won't install updates either and says family information not available on iCloud settings guess somethings not working somewhere

Weird. I'm able to download a new app, but not able to update any apps.

Had the issue happen today, toggled airplane mode and I was then able to download/install

I had similar issues earlier today. working fine now. I still hate how 100 mb files are limited to WiFi. the workaround glitch is annoying to do every time.
