Not able to login via Tapatalk in iPhone, but iPad OK

When I try to login to MacRumors in Tapatalk on my iPhone, I get an error message saying that I provided the wrong password, and that I have used up 1 of 5 login attempts. When I try again, I get a message saying that I have used up all 5 attempts and that I will not be able to login again for 15 minutes. I also get a Failed Login Notification e-mail from Macrumors. I do not have any login issues on Tapatalk on my iPad. I am sure the password is correct.
