Not able to print the Help menu items

I want to have hard copies of some of the help menu items. Example: I searched for "keys not working" and I found a topic in the list called "Some or all keys on the keyboard don't work." I wanted to print it. NOTHING printed. I tested the printer and the test docs print fine. Nothing I've tried will allow me to print the help menu items. I'm using my new iMac and a perfectly stable HP PhotoSmart printer. I can sometimes -- not usually -- paste the contents of the help item into a blank Text Edit document and print that, but that doesn't usually work. What's going on and is there a work around?

If you look on the Apple support site at www.apple.com/support you can search for the same keywords that you type into the help menu and more than likely get the same results and print out directly from your web browser.
