I have iCloud Photo Library enabled on my iPhone 5 as well as my iPad mini 2. I have 711 photos and 72 videos on my iPhone 5. Only 576 photos and 57 videos transferred to the iPad mini. The earliest file that is transferred is from October 2010. Is anyone else having this problem? Are files older than October 2010, not eligible for iCloud photo library?
